Jordi Argente, also known as George Argente, is a seasoned entrepreneur, board adviser, and seed investor with more than 20 years of experience in the tech industry. Argente holds a dual Bachelor and Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on finance and marketing from ESADE, and a Master's degree in International Management with a specialization in international business from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Before establishing himself as a successful entrepreneur and investor, Argente spent 16 years as a management consultant with various technology conglomerates across North America, Asia, and Europe. He was formerly the Principal in Charge/Partner of the Management Consulting Division at Electronic Data Systems, where he was responsible for managing and overseeing the division's operations. Argente's other roles in management consulting include Principal, Index Group at CSC Computer Science Corporation and Management Consultant- Strategy, The MAC Group at Gemini Consulting & Services.

Argente has also held many leadership positions in startups and emerging companies. He was the General Partner and Founder of Applied Biotech Ltd, the CEO and Founder of Mercatela Holdings Inc, and acted as Advisor - CFO at FACTIC Inc, and at the Peak Pacific Group. Currently, he is the President of New Market Venture Management LLC, where he provides insights and leadership to early and expansion-stage businesses seeking to commercialize technology.

Throughout his career, Argente has garnered extensive expertise in strategy, management consulting, technology, business development, and investments. He is highly regarded within the tech community, working closely with a broad range of industry players, from established multinationals to fast-growing startups.
