Sustainability Manager

Conduct case review with legal advisor, risk analysis, approval coordination, and exit management for Kellogg North America by following/enforcing strict standards, guidelines, and policies. Coach employees and managers with workforce issues by listening empathetically to concerns, managing expectations and handling cases in a sensitive manner. Consult with and advise managers regarding workplace issues and recommend appropriate actions in accordance with Company policies, guidelines and applicable laws. Coach managers as needed in preparing corrective action documents and performance improvement plans and preparing for employee conversations. Cultivate a high level of trust with all customers, stakeholders and team members. Support L&D team in development of materials and delivery of employee relations training across KNA to relevant parties. Lead or support employee relations-relevant vendor management, continuous improvement and change enablement activities. Provide support/guidance to remote employee relations staff across KNA (e.g. employee relations staff based at plants). Provide phone and “Hotline” support and conduct traditional investigations, data gathering, and case/event documentation management for employee relations complaints across KNA.

End-to-end Order to Cash process for the Kellogg organization. Report to the KNA GBS Order to Cash Front Office Team Lead. Maximize cash flow by managing the order to cash cycle and related business relationship with Kellogg’s largest national and/or key strategic customers. Provide high levels of business partnering with internal stakeholders to maintain/enhance relationships with strategic customers. Perform analysis and communications to reduce/eliminate pricing discrepancies, over/short & damage and returns. Manage and resolve collection of aged receivables for assigned customers.
