Susan Hester is an experienced and highly-qualified educator, researcher, and scientist with a passion for developing and refining science instruction. Susan studied for a BS in Physics, Summa cum laude at Arizona State University before embarking on a PhD in Biophysics at Indiana University Bloomington. She has gone on to hold several notable roles, including Assistant Research Scientist at the University of Arizona and Postdoctoral Researcher in Molecular and Cellular Biology and Science Education. Susan is dedicated to exploring effective teaching methods and how to cultivate the habits of mind necessary for mastering scientific skills.
