Sam's expertise lies in investigating and analyzing complex issues related to medical supplies, equipment, and services, ultimately impacting patient treatment outcomes and the overall delivery of healthcare services. With a strong educational foundation in Biology from Universidad Interamericana, Puerto Rico, Sam has held key leadership roles such as Deputy Chief Supply Chain Officer, Chief Materiel Management, and Chief Sterile Processing Department at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
