Dylan Wong started his career with Grab as a Driver Acquisition Executive, quickly rising through the ranks to become the Country Head of Driver Engagement. He led a team of 15 members across two core departments, achieving remarkable growth in MyTeksi's driver base.

With a background in Big Data Analytics from Harvard Business School Executive Education and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Australia, Dylan has a strong educational foundation to support his professional journey.

Dylan played a vital role in the early stages of building Grab Singapore, spearheading recruitment, training, and sales efforts. Grab has since become the largest and fastest-growing taxi booking mobile app in the region, expanding to over 30 cities in 7 countries in Southeast Asia.

Beyond his tenure at Grab, Dylan has held significant roles in various organizations, including being the Co-Founder of Rush MY, the Global Business Director at oBike Global, and advisory positions at LiveIn.com. His experience as the Country Head of GrabTaxi, Head of Operations, and Regional Head of Outer City at Grab further showcases his leadership and operational prowess.
