Dylan Voncken

Dylan Voncken is a highly educated professional with a Master of Science (MSc) in Bestuurskunde: Management van HR en Verandering from Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Bestuurskunde: Beleid, Bestuur en Organisatie from Universiteit Leiden, and completed VWO & International Baccalaureate English A2 in Natuur en gezondheid at College Den Hulster.

Currently, Dylan holds the position of Adviseur O&P-control at Ministerie van Financiën, leveraging his expertise in organizational and process optimization. Previously, he has served as Trainee Optimalisatie Bedrijfsvoering / Beleidsmedewerker Faculteit Sociale Wetenschappen and Trainee Organisatie Inrichting en Procesoptimalisatie - Human Resource Management at Universiteit Leiden.
