Workato is an AI-based platform that enables both business and IT to integrate apps and automate business workflows with security and governance.

I was involved in demand-generation and marketing operations, with a focus on top-of-the-funnel awareness.

By leveraging enterprise CRM and marketing automation software such as Salesforce, Marketo, I handled the end-to-end processes of email marketing, lead-routing, landing-page building, tradeshow planning, community events and webinar hosting.

Kiasu Foodies is Singapore's leading deal aggregator. With over 150,000 subscribers and more than a million monthly impressions, we bridge the gap between undiscovered deals and ever-kiasu Singaporeans.

-  Recipient of NUS Enterprise Innovation and Entrepreneurship Practicum Award
-  Conceptualized and grew Kiasu Foodies from ground-up, eventually servicing over 50 repeat clients such as DBS, Qoo10, ShopBack, Fave, Chope & many more.
-  Scaled user acquisition, expanded partnerships and optimized RevOps, ultimately bringing ARR to 6-figures, leading to an acqui-hire.

Kiasu Foodies was my first foray into launching a startup. We built a chatbot, web-app, internal deal-management dashboard amongst many other cool things, many of which failed to achieve product-market fit. Still, the greatest success was found in the lessons learnt regarding startup building and growth hacking.

Tradably is an investment community platform that tracks all ideas in real-time against the financial market's actual performance, allowing users to tell who the real experts are. At my time there, I was hyper-focused on user acquisition and community engagement.

-  Started and grew the community to over 400 members.
-  Prospected and secured leads, growing DAU/MAU three-fold.
-  Managed the soft launch across multiple channels.
-  Sense-made data to optimize UI/UX.
-  Engaged with beta users for feedback.

Ultimately, Tradably failed to achieve product-market fit but was the gateway to my entrepreneurship journey.  Most importantly, it taught me fundamental lessons about community building and growth.
