Dylan Peters is a highly experienced commercial real estate advisor based in California. Boasting an impressive track record in creating and executing real estate strategies for office tenants, Peters is an expert in negotiations, relocations, and expansions. After studying at Diablo Valley College and completing a Level 3 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust, Peters went on to become a Certified Sommelier, scoring highly in the examination from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Peters has represented businesses of all sizes, from high-growth startups like Molekule and Metromile to established firms like SiriusXM Radio and Uber.

Peters has a wealth of experience in the commercial real estate industry, having previously held roles at Recreate, where they founded the Tenant Advisory Group, served as Vice President, and worked as an advisor.
