Dylan Butler is a seasoned international development professional with a decade of experience in project management and new business development, focusing on agricultural stakeholders and smallholder farmers.

He is dedicated to expanding market opportunities through hands-off, facilitative approaches and crafting innovative strategies to tackle challenging market issues.

Currently, Dylan is a Program Development Manager at the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU), where he aims to identify ways for the global credit union network to offer financial services to the underprivileged.

WOCCU serves as the worldwide trade association for credit unions and financial cooperatives, with an extensive membership network spanning 109 countries and reaching over 235 million individuals.

Dylan's academic background includes a Master of Arts in International Commerce, Policy, and Trade from George Mason University, a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics, Community, and International Development from the University of Vermont, and a semester abroad focusing on Thai Language and SE Asia Economics at Payap University.

His professional journey has seen him hold roles such as Regional Controller at Allegis Global Solutions, Senior New Business Analyst at ACDI/VOCA, Information Officer at the Office of Food for Peace at USAID, and various positions at ACDI/VOCA, Chemonics International, and the Peace Corps as a Math/Computer Science Teacher.
