With experience as a founding or early engineer at various companies, Dylan has a proven track record of scaling products and leading engineering teams to success.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Cognitive Science - Human Computer Interaction from UC San Diego.

Currently, Dylan serves as the Director of Platform Engineering at Liongard, showcasing his expertise in leading and developing software platforms.

His previous roles include being a Lead Software Engineer, Software Engineer, and Contract Software Engineer at Liongard, showcasing his progressive career growth.

Dylan has also contributed his skills at Growth Intel®, where he worked as a Software Engineer, and as a Board Member at Learning Equality.

Moreover, he co-founded Learning Equality, where he held the positions of President and Full-Stack Web Developer, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit and multi-faceted talents.
