Dyan Sellers

Dyan Sellers is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in the non-profit sector focusing on cultivating human potential. She holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology. Dyan has held various roles including Director of Recruitment & Selection and Manager of Recruitment & Partnerships at Baltimore City Public Schools, Managing Director Strategy at Teach for America, and Program Director at Teach for America. She has also worked at the Center For Talented Youth, TNTP, and as a 7th Grade Science Teacher at Atlanta Public Schools. Currently, Dyan serves as a Principal at Edgility Consulting, where she continues to make a positive impact on individuals and organizations.
