Dwight Deare is an accomplished professional with an extensive background in digital management, product development, and consulting. He studied Economics at Cornell University and holds an MBA from Tulane University. Deare began his career as a Senior Consultant at Accenture and went on to hold various management roles across several healthcare and retail organizations, including Carecentrix, Castle Rock Innovations, and Gentiva Health Services. He is well-versed in project management, retail systems, and digital transformation. Most recently, he served as the Senior Manager of Digital at CVS Health.
