Dwayne Cranfield is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Ethnic Disability Alliance (NEDA), an organization that advocates for the rights of people with disabilities from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds in Australia.12
With nearly four decades of experience in the non-profit and non-governmental organization sector, Cranfield has focused on senior management roles in the disability space. His extensive background includes working in diverse roles across the community sector before taking on the position of CEO at NEDA.1
As the leader of NEDA, Cranfield is committed to driving positive change and advocating for the needs of people with disabilities from diverse cultural backgrounds. He has been vocal about the need for immediate action to address issues facing culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) individuals with disabilities, particularly in response to recommendations made by the Disability Royal Commission.3
