Dusty McMahan has a diverse professional background in programming, design, development, construction, management, and financial capitalization of real estate assets in the U.S. and internationally.

As a Developer, Dusty has managed various aspects of development, overseeing over 2.5 million square feet of real estate assets including commercial, mixed-use, urban infill, and resort properties.

In the role of a Facilitator, Dusty has excelled in joint ventures and new business development, leading development teams, fostering consensus, managing public relations, and securing third-party investments.

With a knack for design, Dusty has worked on high-profile projects with design teams and clients, successfully establishing and managing design/construction firms. Dusty has a rich background in planning and is based in LA.

Education-wise, Dusty studied Landscape Architecture & Planning, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University.
