Dusty Baars is a multidisciplinary media professional specializing in building products that foster connections and create new interactive experiences, with a goal to enhance all types of user experiences and interactions.

Having designed for various exceptional startups, Dusty currently serves as the Lead UX Designer at Plat4mation. Previously, he owned Dumo Media, a company focused on designing and developing products that revolutionized user interactions. His passion lies in creating meaningful work with enduring value that makes an unforgettable impact on people's lives, regardless of scale.

Dusty's skill set includes User Interaction & Experience, Web Design & Development, Mobile Design, Creative Strategy, Concepting & Ideation, Design & Art Direction, Rapid Prototyping, and Human Computer Interaction.

Education-wise, he achieved a Havo Diploma with a 7.5 GPA from Calandlyceum Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in Information, Multimedia, and Management with an 8.1 GPA from Hogeschool van Amsterdam.

With experience as a Senior UX Designer at Plat4mation, UX Designer at ING, and roles in Freelance/Consultancy and as a Webdesigner at Dumo Media, Dusty Baars brings a wealth of expertise to the field of media and design.
