Dustin Rabideau is a highly experienced Principal Engineer with knowledge in various fields such as drug delivery, medical devices, and bioMEMS. He has expertise in tech transfer and design to manufacturing, Six Sigma/Lean methodologies, DOE, FMEA, V&V. He is proficient in SolidWorks, Pro/E, and data analysis tools such as JMP/Minitab/MODDE.
Rabideau attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, and Applied International Studies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is an Associate Member of the US-Japan Council and has gained international experience.
He has held numerous positions, including Principal Engineer, Device Lead at both Takeda and Shire, Senior Manufacturing Engineer at CeQur, Senior Process Development Engineer, Combination Products at Microchips Biotech, Process Engineer, Advanced Technology/PVD Business Unit at Tokyo Electron, Process Engineer at IBM, Manufacturing Engineer, Impella Platform at Abiomed, and has previously interned with Sumitomo 3M, Corning Incorporated, and research labs at MIT.
