Manager New loans (Home Loans)

Initiate, maintain and build key relationships and establish a network to ensure growth in the Home Loan book at a minimal cost. Provide a single point of contact between external parties and the Provincial Home Loans Office to ensure that applications are dealt with timeously within the agreed Service Level agreements. Responsible for positively influencing the quality of applications received from the POR.
Assessing affordability to repay loans and to obtain facility
Educate staff on home loan process
Improve turn around time and to be efficient 
Link between branch and home loan department 
Assist and guide staff when processing

Liaison officer (Home Loans)

Ensuring service level agreements are adhered to
Managing staff by ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to
Ensuring daily targets are accomplished and maintained

Team Leader, Home loans Processing

Support Branch Manager by leading and managing Frontline (Tellers/Enquiries) by assuming overall responsibility in that sufficient staff available to exceed customer expectations through achievement of the value propositions. Ensure that all staff portray a professional and friendly image to all customers all the time. Responsible for the compliance standards of the frontline, levels of authority in conjunction with guidelines and identify and assess the risks associated with the dept daily and proactively. Meet all deadlines. Maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards. Lead by example. Identify opportunities for improvement, generate new ideas and have fun.
