Dusan Vukanovic

Dusan Vukanovic is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 15 years of professional experience in management consulting and human resources management and development. He is an expert in new technologies and has a proven track record of mentoring successful tech startups in Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, and Serbia. Dusan is the CEO and lead consultant at Cromer Group, a boutique HR consultancy in Serbia. He established the firm in 2007 and provided services to various domestic and international clients, including human resources management, organizational development, and strategic communications.

Dusan is an author, lecturer, and mentor in the field of technology entrepreneurship. He is also an Innovation and Business Development Consultant to ICT Hub, and since 2016, he is a team member of the One Assessment tech startup that focuses on recruitment and human resources management. Dusan is the co-founder of Benefiti.rs, a platform designed to digitize and democratize employee benefits. He has a background studying Politics and International Relations at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

Additionally, Dusan has eight years of experience in international development working for USAID funded, Washington DC based National Democratic Institute. In 2012, Dusan was one of the founders of the Serbian Association of Management Consultants and was a member of the Managing Board until 2014. He has been an advisor and member of the editorial team at HR World Magazine at HR World Adria, a member of Serbian Entrepreneurs, a program director at HR WEEK, and a general manager at Cromer Group.
