Gaurav Mehta

Durgaprasad Khatri is a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with over 45 years of experience in accounting and audit.

He started his own practice in 1974 and later joined Sudit K. Parekh & Co., where he currently heads the Assurance practice for the BFSI (Banking and Financial Services) Sector.

Throughout his career, Durgaprasad has been involved in developing computerized inventory management systems, setting up internal controls, addressing regulatory non-compliance issues, identifying risks, and providing suggestions for risk mitigation.

His expertise includes conducting statutory audits for banks, overseeing audits for depository participants and custodians of mutual funds and banks, as well as performing risk audits for mutual funds.

Durgaprasad has also conducted NAV audits for one of India's largest mutual funds and has completed a Certification Course on Anti Money Laundering.

He has a strong educational background, having studied Accounting & Finance at The London School of Economics and Political Science, and holding a B. Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
