Duncan Munn is the President of the C.D. Howe Institute, and has been associated with the institute since the year 2000, steadily progressing through various positions to his current role. As the President, he is responsible for overseeing all facets of the Institute's operations, including its mission, team, and programs. Duncan also takes the lead in driving new initiatives, managing major projects, and contributing significantly to the organization's strategic development.
Apart from his role at the C.D. Howe Institute, Duncan Munn is a seasoned Director with extensive experience serving on boards across profit and non-profit sectors. Currently, he holds the position of Chair at Elevate Export Finance Corp, a trade finance company supported by EDC that aids small and medium enterprises engaged in exporting. Additionally, he serves as the Chair of Elevate Global Insurance. Previously, Duncan was the Chair of the Board of Directors at Alterna Savings, a financial institution regulated by FSRA and OSFI.
