Duncan Chapman is a seasoned General Manager with extensive experience in leadership, technology, innovation, and general management, spanning over 34 years.

He holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University, a BSc from the University of Birmingham, and has studied at Ecclesbourne.

Throughout his career, Duncan has served in key roles including VP, Executive Partner at Gartner, Technology Director at Royal Mail, and Director and General Manager of Research and Consultancy Services at Royal Mail.

Having spent the last decade mentoring CIOs and Senior Executives, Duncan has honed his skills in coaching, advisory, and fostering innovation in organizations.
