Duncan Brannan

Duncan Brannan is an innovative and enthusiastic UK CAD Operations Manager who has rapidly progressed in his career from a Junior Technician to a Senior Technician and eventually, to his current role. With over 9 years of experience in CAD System Management, Brannan has successfully implemented and utilized leading-edge technical design software such as Revit, Map 3D, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and 3DS Max Design, and many more. He is particularly interested in Infrastructure BIM methodology adoption through interoperable/collaborative workflows and efficient processes.

Brannan's specialized skills include Autodesk EBA support and management, CAD System Management, customizations and technical support, automated software deployment and packaging, AutoCAD Map 3D & Civil 3D, implementation & development, business improvement, and operational delivery.

Brannan's educational background includes studying City & Guilds CAD System Management and Advanced 2D CAD Level 4 at Leeds and Wakefield College respectively. He also studied GNVQ Art & Design advanced at Barnsley College.

Prior to joining WSP, Brannan worked as a Junior Technician at abatech International Ltd. At WSP, he has held various roles such as Junior Technician, Local CAD Coordinator, Infrastructure Company CAD Manager, Senior Technician, and CAD Manager.
