Duke Runnels

Duke Runnels is a prominent figure in the real estate and investment sector, currently serving as the Managing Director at TR Winston & Company, a position he has held since September 2013. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing various aspects of capital markets and investment strategies within the firm, which is based in the Greater Los Angeles Area.13

In addition to his work at TR Winston, Runnels has an extensive background in real estate management. He is also the President of FORT Properties, Inc., a role he has maintained since March 2004. His previous experience includes serving as Managing Director at CBRE Investors from September 2000 to March 2004, and as Senior Vice President at Oxford Properties, Inc. from September 1981 to July 1996.12

Runnels holds a degree from Pepperdine University, where he studied from 1971 to 1975.1 His professional expertise and leadership have contributed significantly to the companies he has been involved with, particularly in capital markets and property management.
