Duarte Nóbrega is an IT expert and Chief Information Officer at KPMG Portugal with a broad range of skills and experience in IT Governance, Information Security, IT Audit, Physical Security, and Project Management. Duarte has worked on numerous kinds of projects during his career, such as IT Strategy/IT Governance, Information Security, Physical Security, Vendor Selection, IT Audit, and Software Development, among others. He has designed Roadmaps for IT Implementation, defined Information Security Roadmaps, worked on Internal and External Audit, managed software development for several banking clients, and has experience with vendor selection.

Duarte studied Computer Engineering at Instituto Superior Técnico and has worked in several companies such as KPMG Advisory and Skysoft Portugal, among others. He has developed projects for a diverse range of clients in Portugal and abroad, including Banking, Telecom, and Energy.
