Having studied BS in OR&IE Engineering at Cornell University, Duane has acquired comprehensive knowledge in market research, management, dispositions, business development, and joint ventures. Additionally, his strong business development skills have enabled him to lead Woolbright Development as Founder & CEO.

Before joining Woolbright Development, Duane worked as Director of Property Management, Asset Managed US portfolio for a subsidiary of Travelers Insurance at Travelers Asset Management International Corporation. Furthermore, he served as Chairman, Engineering College Council, and Visiting Professor at Cornell University, where he taught CRP 6592 Retail Real Estate Development.
