Duan Tran

Duan Tran holds a PhD in Computer Science with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Computer Vision from the University of Illinois. His specialties include Machine Learning, Computer Vision, NLP, Text Analysis, and Semantic Analysis. He has a background in working for tech giants like Cisco and Google, as well as various startups and research institutions.

Duan Tran's educational journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science followed by a Master's degree, both from the University of Science in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He later pursued his PhD in Computer Science at the prestigious University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Throughout his career, Duan Tran has held positions such as Software Engineer at Cisco Tetration Analytics, and previously worked as a Software Engineer at Google. He has also served as a Machine Learning and NLP Engineer at companies like InboxVudu, BookVibe, and Parakweet, Inc. Additionally, he has gained research experience as a Research Intern at IBM TJ Watson Research Center and as a Research Assistant at UIUC AI Labs. Duan Tran has also shared his knowledge as a Lecturer at the University of Sciences.
