Dennis Jay Cagan, known as the Shadow CEO, is a prominent figure specializing in supporting private company owners and CEOs through his unique Governance Forensics services.

With over five decades of experience, Cagan has co-founded numerous successful companies, including a remote access computer software company in 1968 and The David Jamison Carlyle Corp in 1976.
