Drumm McNaughton

Drumm McNaughton is the Chair and CEO of The Change Leader, Inc., a management consultancy focused on helping higher education institutions navigate change and transformation. He has over 20 years of experience in strategic management, governance, and leadership coaching, particularly within the higher education sector. McNaughton holds a PhD and MA in Human & Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, and a BS in Physics from the United States Naval Academy.

His professional background includes serving as a senior consultant for the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges (AGB) and holding various board roles in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. He has international experience, having lived overseas for 19 years and traveled to over 50 countries. His work has reportedly resulted in over $500 million in value for organizations through change initiatives and strategic counsel.
