Dror Zaide

Dror Zaide is the Co-Founder and General Manager at Eleos Health, a behavioral health technology company focused on enhancing the therapy experience through innovative AI solutions. He is based in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Background and Experience

Zaide's career began in the Israeli Air Force, where he served as a drone pilot from 2006 to 2013. His experiences during this time, particularly dealing with mental health crises among fellow pilots, significantly influenced his later work in behavioral health. He developed a mental health workshop for drone pilots called Soul Bird, aimed at addressing the unique psychological challenges they face.

After leaving the military, Zaide co-founded a non-profit organization named Givit, which connects students in need with essential educational materials. His entrepreneurial journey continued when he participated in the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at Reichmann University, where he met his future co-founders of Eleos Health. Together, they aimed to address the gaps in behavioral health care delivery by leveraging technology to provide clinicians with better insights into their practice.

Dror Zaide holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from IDC Herzliya, where he also completed a minor in the Zell Entrepreneurship Program. He furthered his education with an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
