With a robust background in journalism, Drew has covered various topics, including climate science, foreign affairs, and activist movements, for premium media organizations.

Drew's educational background includes a Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University - Graduate School of Journalism, a Bachelor of Science in Urban Geography and Environmental Science from the University of Minnesota, and a degree in Urban and Rural Field Study in Anthropology, Geography, and Economics from the Higher Education Consortium for Urban Affairs (HECUA).
