He has successfully led and managed design teams within prominent agencies like Jaywing (formerly 20:20) and Brilliant Basics, as well as fostering growth at the startup Vouchercloud. Under his guidance, Vouchercloud expanded from a modest team of 11 in 2010 to a robust 120 employees by the time of its acquisition by Vodafone in 2012, for a remarkable sum of $2 million.
