Dr. Wednaud J Ronelus

Dr. Wednaud J Ronelus is a knowledgeable STEM Learning Scientist with a strong focus on designing innovative learning spaces using cutting-edge technologies such as Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and more.

Dr. Ronelus holds a Doctor of Professional Studies (DPS) in Education specializing in Computing in Education from Pace University. He also pursued Science Education-Graduate Studies at Teachers College, Columbia University, where he focused on curriculum design and pedagogy in Science learning environments.

With a Master's degree in Elementary Science & Environmental Education from Brooklyn College and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with a specialization in Biochemistry from Lehman College, Dr. Ronelus has a solid academic background. Additionally, he studied Molecular Genetics at Lehman College and Ornamental Horticulture at CUNY Bronx Community College.

Throughout his career, Dr. Ronelus has held significant roles in various organizations. He served as the Citywide Digital Learning Advisory Committee Advisor at the New York City Board of Education and founded ALCHEMIST CLUB STUDIOS, LLC, where he was the CEO and Chief Metaverse Scientist. He also worked as the Chief Learning Scientist at THE SCHOOL @ THE END OF THE WORLD, as well as the VP of Research and Development at One Planet Education Network, LLC (OPEN). Before these positions, he contributed as a Science and Technology Educator/Researcher and a STEM Specialist at the New York City Board of Education.
