Dr. A. Tierno
PhD, Physics Teacher
Dr. Tierno is a highly skilled physicist with a diverse background in semiconductor physics, quantum dot, soliton, and ring cavity. He obtained his PhD in Physics from the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow and has worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at both the CNR-ISMN and Universita Di Napoli Federico II. He has also held various teaching positions as a Secondary School Teacher at Isis lauria, Docente di matematica e Fisica at Liceo Scientifico De Sarlo, and Docente di elettronica at ISIS Keynes Gazzada.
Dr. Tierno's research activities include adaptive optics for interferometers, for which he was awarded a Fellowship from the European Gravitational Observatory in 2006. He has also been a senior fellow at ISM-CNR and the University of Naples. With his breadth of knowledge and experience, Dr. Tierno is a top-tier researcher in the field of physics.
