Tanya Goldhaber

Dr Tanya Goldhaber, a highly experienced global strategy manager, helps large organizations integrate new technology, approaches to people, and innovation. With a broad background in engineering, cognitive science, design, analytics, e-commerce, and corporate strategy, Tanya is an expert at bridging the gap between different teams and keeping them aligned with the organization's goals. After graduating from Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and minors in Cognitive Science and Music, Tanya received both a Marshall Scholarship and a Cambridge International Scholarship for postgraduate study at Cambridge. She finished her PhD in Engineering Design, where her research focused on applying psychological theories of motivation to improve technology learning and use in the ageing population. Tanya has spent six years working at BT in various capacities and helped found a project management company. In her current role at Colt Technology Services, Tanya works in her team to explore new ideas that will help the company stay ahead of the curve. Tanya also is a competitive ballroom dancer in her spare time.
