Dr. Steffen Kusterer is a seasoned consultant with a 15-year track record of driving productivity enhancements in production/operations, boosting profitability across the value chain, and spearheading corporate strategy and transformation.

Dr. Kusterer holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from Freie Universit\u00e4t Berlin, a Master's Degree in Business Management from Otto-Friedrich-Universit\u00e4t Bamberg, and was an exchange student at the University of South Carolina-Columbia.
He currently serves as a Senior Consultant at M-Industry - eXcellence Team. Previously, he held key positions at renowned firms such as Chartwell Consulting and The Boston Consulting Group. Dr. Kusterer also started his career as a Trainee Bankkaufmann/Finanzassistent at Baden-W\u00fcrttembergische Bank.
