Dr. Özgür AKIN

Dr. Özgür AKIN is a prominent figure in the field of robotics with a strong educational background and extensive experience in software development.

Having founded AKINSOFT in 1995, he led the company to become one of Turkey's largest software firms, exporting software to 36 countries and offering a range of programs in various languages.

He initiated research and development in humanoid robots within the robotic department at AKINSOFT in 2009, introducing innovative prototypes like the AKINCI series, PNCR agricultural robots, ADA service robots, and more.

In 2017, Dr. AKIN established AKINROBOTICS, the world's first humanoid robot factory, solidifying Turkey's presence in the international robotics industry.

Additionally, he opened the world's first Humanoid Robot Museum in Istanbul, showcasing the advancements in robotic technologies achieved by AKINROBOTICS.

Dr. AKIN's contributions extend beyond technology, as he collaborated with Bahçeşehir University to launch the Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Technologies Master's Program, aligning with his vision for the future of robotics.
