She has also studied Charitable Advisor of Philanthropy at The American College of Financial Services.

    Throughout her career, Dr. Lemons has held significant roles such as Principal Consultant at Azimu Group, Director of Economic & Social Mobility at TNTP, and Vulnerable Populations Unit Manager at King County, WA.

    She has also served as Director of Equity Initiatives & Outcomes at Seattle Public Schools, Sr. Foreign Political and Economic Relations Officer at the Consulate General of Canada, and Project Manager at the Institute of Urban Studies.

    Dr. Lemons's experience extends to roles such as Site Director at Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee, Adjunct Instructor at Indiana University, and Program Manager at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

    She is well-versed in consultancy, advisement, policy development, strategic planning, and capacity building, making a significant impact in the fields of organizational design, performance evaluation, and integration of policies for effective outcomes.
