Dr. Lambert Shell is a hardworking leader known for his team-player attitude. With a rich background in library management, education, and youth development, he excels in basketball coaching, youth program training, and partnership development.
Dr. Shell holds a PhD in Humane Letter, an MS in Library Science, an MS in Education, and a BS in Human Services from the University of Bridgeport. He also acquired a High School diploma with a focus on Computers from August Martin HS.
