She has a rich career history as a professional editor, interviewer, ghostwriter, and speechwriter, collaborating with notable individuals like Sir Richard Branson, Marianne Williamson, and John C Maxwell.

As the former Editor in Chief of Networking Times, Dr. Gross engaged in interviewing prominent figures and exploring innovative ideas.

Beyond her intellectual pursuits, she holds a deep interest in energy work and healing modalities, becoming a Reiki master to work with the energetic aspects of human beings.
