Dr. Jackie Chimhanzi is the CEO of the African Leadership Institute (AFLI), an organization dedicated to nurturing a new generation of African leaders.13 She is a seasoned strategist with over 24 years of experience in the field.4
Professional Background
Dr. Chimhanzi leads the Archbishop Tutu Leadership Fellowship program, which is run in partnership with Oxford University.2 This prestigious program aims to capacitate 25 young African leaders between the ages of 30 and 40 each year, focusing on individuals from various sectors including business, social entrepreneurship, education, health, and agriculture.1
Prior to her role at AFLI, Dr. Chimhanzi held several notable positions:
- Senior Strategist at the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa (IDC)
