Dr. Ishani Roy is a highly accomplished individual with a strong background in Applied Mathematics and a fervent advocate for diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as the CEO at Serein, Dr. Roy leverages her expertise to help senior leaders, founders, and investors build inclusive companies. With over 8 years of experience leading Serein, she specializes in driving diversity, equity, inclusion, and organizational change through data-driven approaches. Dr. Roy holds a PhD in Applied Mathematics from Brown University and completed her post-doctoral research in bio-mathematics at the University of Oxford. She is also recognized as a Cartier Women's Initiative Fellow for 2023 and an EY Winning Woman. Driven by a passion for supporting underrepresented leaders, Dr. Roy invests in empowering women and other minority entrepreneurs to reach their fullest potential.
