Dr. Hannah Joos is an Analytical Insight Discoverer, Energetic Motivational Agent, and Strong Communicator with a Seasoned Executor background, coupled with an Entrepreneurial Spirit & Refreshing Can-Do Attitude.

Currently serving as a Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group, Dr. Joos specializes in Strategy, Innovation, Digitalization, and Re-Organization for diverse international Media and Tech businesses and NGOs.

With a focus on analyzing before decision-making, fostering team collaboration towards ambitious goals, and embracing challenges, Dr. Joos is actively involved in BCG's recruiting team and mentors female students in their business endeavors.

Dr. Joos obtained a PhD in Strategic Management from the Technical University Berlin with research stints at Stanford's d.school, concentrating on Design Thinking, Stakeholder Management, and Nonmarket Strategies. Additionally, she holds a double Master's degree in Finance and CEMS from ESADE Barcelona / HEC Paris.

Prior to her current role, Dr. Joos gained diverse work experience through internships in investment banking, consulting, and the retail sector. She has also held roles such as Project Coach at Femtec.GmbH, Visiting Associate at The Boston Consulting Group, and Summer Analyst in Investment Banking at Credit Suisse.

Dr. Joos's academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in International Management from Reims Management School, multiple Master's degrees in International Management and Finance, and a Doctorate in Strategic Management from Technische Universität Berlin.
