He holds a Doctor of Executive Leadership in Innovation Leadership and Global Business Sustainability, an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Strategy, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics. Dr. Aust is widely recognized for his exceptional management skills, including team building, agile change management support systems, entrepreneurship, and research and development. He has also demonstrated expertise in ten-dimensional supportive ecosystems applications in agile change management and poverty alleviation support ecosystems.

Dr. Aust has held executive positions in several organizations, including Elevated Innovation Lab, where he served as Managing Partner and CEO, The WellSpring Institute, where he worked as a Management Consultant, and Falcon Marketing, which he founded and served as President and Founder.
