Dr. Christoph Hellmann

Dr. Christoph Hellmann is a seasoned investor and operator with over 10 years of experience in digitally-driven companies. He is currently serving as Senior VP and Head of Portfolio New Mobility at DB, where he provides mobility companies with growth venture capital and access to Deutsche Bahn AG assets. Hellmann has led numerous equity, debt, and mezzanine financings in start-ups and later-stage companies, and he has served on various investment committees and boards. His sector focus includes mobility, TMT, and commerce. Hellmann is an advocate of getting people out of their privately-owned cars and is open to funding rounds, joint ventures, or non-equity involving partnerships for business models with relevance for mobility and a European or preferably German footprint.
