Dov Bigio, former Brazil Country Manager at Twilio Inc. and Co-founder and CEO of Teravoz, is a driven and experienced product manager with a background in Agile methodologies, technical expertise, and successful product partnerships. With over 15 years of experience in product management, Dov has led product strategy and roadmap for all of Locaweb's infrastructure, platform, and software-as-a-service products and built the best learning management system platform at Descomplica to foster student-teacher engagement. Dov's data-driven approach to product prioritization, mixed with customer research, has resulted in the development of new products and marketing opportunities. Through his various roles, Dov has developed strong relationships with suppliers, including online payment players, telco carriers, and software development houses. Dov holds a Master of Business Administration from Ibmec and a CEAG from FGV - Fundacao Getulio Vargas.
