Douglas Williams is a Transformation-Oriented Business Executive with a passion for integrating artificial intelligence and analytics to achieve top-tier results.

He boasts a wealth of experience in various domains including business strategy, operations, and shared services, with technical expertise in diverse forms of artificial intelligence such as Robotic Process Automation, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, and Process Mining.

With a background as a former U.S. Army Officer and a West Point graduate with a strong foundation in Civil Engineering, Douglas has showcased his leadership skills and determination both on the wrestling mat as an NCAA wrestler and in executive roles within Consulting and Business Process Outsourcing.

Known for his intelligence, decisiveness, forward-thinking approach, and emotional fortitude, Douglas currently serves as the Managing Director at Deloitte's Analytics & Cognitive Consulting Practice.

In this role, he leads the Go-To-Market strategy and implementation of Intelligent Automation offerings and AI tools within the Consumer Sector.

He holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.

Starting his professional journey as an officer in the U.S. Army, Douglas has since held various key positions at renowned organizations, including IBM and Ernst & Young.
