 As the Recruitment Manager LATAM, my main responsabilities, but not limited to are:

Drove strategic recruiting efforts focused on costs reduction by maintaining 100% direct hiring through head hunting, referral program, job fairs and inbound. This had a half million BRL saving impact. 

Led the Intern Summer Program implementation in Latam which was a Pilot initiative in the region leasing efforts alongside with Human Resources, Payroll, Labor and Intern Agency.
