Douglas Rashkow is a progressive, enthusiastic, energetic, and persistent law enforcement officer, educator, and community partner/protector. His commitment to growth reflects in his constant pursuit of excellence in his roles.

He received his education from Highland High School, Purdue, and the University of Illinois, equipping him with a strong academic foundation for his professional endeavors.

With a diverse background, Douglas has held various roles in prestigious organizations, including being an Officer and Trainer at the Aurora Police Department, a Special Teams Trainer and Evaluator at the Illinois Law Enforcement Alarm System, a Jailer and Community Service Officer III at the Naperville Police Department, and a Police Officer: Defensive Tactics Instructor at the Naperville Park District Police.

His leadership skills were evident in his roles as a Lieutenant and Co-Director of Training at the Illinois Police Reserves, a Regional Manager and training presenter at Automobile Dealer Services, and a Store Manager and Developmental Specialist at Rogers and Hollands Jewelers.
