Douglas Hill

Douglas Hill is a seasoned CIO with over 30 years of experience in managing, developing, implementing, and operating systems. Hill is currently Executive Director of Infrastructure Services at PRA Health Sciences, where he leads the team responsible for designing and implementing IT strategies, operations, and infrastructure. With expertise in computer systems validation, drug safety business process design and optimization, and database administration and modeling, Hill has worked in various industry verticals, including life sciences, utilities, finance, manufacturing, and software development. Hill was previously the founder and president of The Hill Consulting Group, which provided IT management and consulting services to pharmaceutical and industrial entities. He has also worked at leading firms such as IQVIA, Foresight Group International AG, and Drug Safety Alliance. Hill studied BS in Computer Science at the University of Pittsburgh.
