He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Management from Hampton University, a Master of Science in Instructional Technology (Business & Industry) from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Indiana University Kokomo.
Douglas previously served as the Assistant Vice President for Diversity & Inclusion, Assistant Director of Career and Professional Development, and Student Success Coach at High Point University. He was also an Adjunct Professor at the Nido R. Qubein School of Communication. Additionally, Douglas held a variety of roles, including Special Projects Consultant at the City of Greensboro and Human Resources Associate at the United States Postal Services.
